Company Registration requirements include:

5 Preferred Company names in order of preference
State the company main objective
Choose Whether you want it as as a Private Business Corporation (PBC) or Private Limited Company (PLC)
Provide details of directors and shareholders. Minimum 1 for PBC and Minimum 2 for PVT LTD • Name, Surname, Id Number and Home address
Provide the company address
Provide the shareholding structure for the shareholders
Decide if you want to take up all shares on registration
